Ryan and Titus playing in the sandI started off my Mother's Day weekend on Friday by going and getting a pedicure with Amrika and my friend. My friend had a birthday recently so I took her there as a present and of course when Amrika heard she begged to come too. We had a lot of fun being pampered.
Yesterday we went to the beach. It was a lot of fun. The kids really enjoyed finding crabs and touching the anemones. While we were finding crabs I stopped to take a picture of the kids on the rocks. I was about ready to take it when I looked at Davin's face it was the look of shock looking directly behind me then he yells mom and points right behind me. I screamed because I thought something was going to attack me. Anyway there was a baby seal up against the rocks laying there. All these people had walked by it all day long and no one even noticed it. We felt bad for the little guy. He looked like he was injured. We told the lifeguards and they called animal control to come help it. I have officially became addicted to boogie boarding. If you didn't have to go far out in the ocean to surf I would totally try it but I can't keep my mind off of sharks still. As always we can't wait for our next beach trip.

Today I woke up to a wonderful cinnamon french toast breakfast. Then I got to open my presents. I got exactly what I wanted WII fit, exercise clothes, and runners watch. I don't know what it is really called. But I was super excited. Then Ryan made me yummy shish-kabobs for dinner. It was a really good weekend, thanks to my wonderful husband and three beautiful children.

Yay for Mother's Day! I had a good one too, but it would have been way better if I had a beach to go to! Jealous.
