Kids trying out their new toys

Davin got a skateboard for Christmas. He is so cute to watch on it. He has already picked up how to do it and is already anxious to learn tricks. Titus also has been trying out the skateboard and does it really good too.

Merry Christmas

We had a wonderful Christmas this year. The kids were so good and loved all their presents they got. This was the first year our kids got us up early to open presents 6:45 a.m. It was a beautiful day. Warm enough to go outside and play without even a jacket on and blue skies. Makes it hard to remember that it was Christmas. We had a couple of missionaries over to call home it was fun to see how excited they were to talk to their family. Made me realize how I should take advantage of calling my family more often.

Happy Birthday Ryan!

Yesterday was Ryan's birthday! He celebrated it by going to church. haha! Poor guy Sunday bithdays aren't always that fun because you can't do much, but his Young Men gave him a present by none of them showing up so he didn't have to worry about teaching. We do love our daddy he is the best one that you can get. He is always there for the kids and is always willing to play with Davin and Titus. They demand a lot of his attention and he is always good about making sure they get it. We are so grateful for him, Happy Birthday Ryan!

More Birthday Pics

Ryan and the kids spoiled me on my birthday with lots of love and thoughtful gifts. I got my new snowboarding jacket that I have been waiting somewhat patiently for. Learning how to snowboard is at the top of my list for 2010. Ryan also got me a CD that he asked a few of my closest friends to tell him a song that reminded them of me. It was a great gift! I love it!! Everyone did a wonderful job on coming up with good songs. Now every time I hear it I will think of them. Ryan got take out Thai food which was fine with me and of course did our famous cupcake birthday cake. This time Ryan got the zebra cupcakes because of my obsession with zebras lately. All in all it was a great birthday. Oh and the picture with me and Davin and Amrika, Ryan had bought these blue contact lenses and so I had to give them a try because I have always wanted blue eyes anyway I thought they looked pretty good. But when I was posting this picture I kept thinking of who do I look like and then realized it was my moms eyes. It is pretty cool because I never thought I looked like my mom now I guess I have always had her eyes just not the same color.

Cheesecake Factory!

On Friday we celebrated my birthday a few days early at where else??? But the Cheesecake Factory I love that place! A few of my friends were able to come down and meet up with us down there. We had so much fun! Lots of laughs and of course crazy pictures. I was so excited that two of my very favorite missionaries had the opportunity to meet up with us down there, that just made my day even more special. I am so happy that I have friends that love me and are there for me no matter what.
